	I demand the best from my sub. She is expected to try her best at pleasing me. I am not unfair, nor do i expect too much from a sub who has not learned that specific task, but the least i can expect, is that she tries. If i can see she isnt trying well enough, i may have to act upon this and make her understand she has to correct her error. If verbal communication is not enough to motivate the sub, i may need to take it to the next level: Corporal punishment. This motivates the sub to try harder and learn faster from her mistakes.
