Well was my first morning back at the gym after a week off and now I know why I shouldn't take a break, it is a killer getting back into the routine.
Only plus side is at weigh in had lost another 2lb which takes the total to 3stone, so is slowly shifting the excess put on after the accident, maybe another 9 months and be feeling more normal. |
