Obviously, I am Dominant.. but not by choice or lifestyle... It's merely who I am. I believe that this factor comes with responsibility... even to those who for any reason, I am not involved with.. I've found submissive girls reacting to Me at times... and though I may not desire anything with them.. a simple nice word, noticing them.. a compliment, goes a long way..

I think a Dominant needs to take the time to know and understanding his girl.. what are her needs.. they have to be met for her to be able to do her best.. if she has solid footing, she can relax and focus on her service.. what are her desires? what motivates her?

I think that along with whatever kinks you engage in, however extreme, harsh. edgy... etc... there must also be affection... this is as much for me as for her..

I think she should have personal goals outside of the D/s dynamic.. of course, the Dominant can assist greatly.. giving her discipline, encouragement, advice... and when she succeeds... he should be proud of her..
