I have, in the past, been in leadership positions with groups in NC, this is not and will no longer be the case as I have learned that some people never change no matter how many chances you give them... I have a good group of close friends that I spent time with in all in NC , and yes, they are all lifestyle so we were able to scene together as responsible adults enjoying everything this life has to offer.

Just finished moving from Wake Forest to Archers Lodge...closer to work, swimming pool, out in the country where there is room to "roam"...life is good! |

Well it has been a good start to the new year...I have been working out nearly every day and it feels good, getting back into shape so I am stronger, faster and more mentally acute...all the better for wiitwd.... |

Well,
I am off and running so to speak with the new year. Been riding my bicycle for the past few days and the burn feels good. I will keep going every day possible in the new year as I work to return to my previous fitness levels. I will start weight training next week but I do not wish to be as big and bulky as I was years ago but I do wish to be able to go all night long whenever I feel like it without feeling worn the next day...that is for my slave to feel.
