The procedure.
I would use a collins speculum to open your vagina and expose the urethral meatus where the opening is located. Then I carefully cleanse and sterilize the urethral meatus and apply some surgical lubricant, always from a newly opened tube. The first thing I'll use is a digital thermometer. These are available at any chemist. It has an extended and somewhat flexible rounded tip, it can easily be sterilized, and it cannot inadvertantly slip inside and get lost. The tip is small in diameter and long enough to reach well inside a woman's urethra. It's a perfect way to test the waters so to speak.
Chances are the lady will find the thermometer stimulating (most women do) and agree to a bit more sensation. So then next I will typically use a size 14 French hydrophyllic catheter with the outside end capped. The 14FR catheter is just a little bigger in diameter than the thermometer and very slippery and soft. As I insert the catheter the patient will feel a little more physical stimulation than with the thermometer. A woman's urethra urethra runs adjacent to her clitoris, all the way to the root. It is also adjacent to her G-Spot inside her vagina. As the catheter goes deeper into her urethra it also stimulates the root of her clitoris and G-Spot. But then it even gets better. Invariably, the greatest degree of stimulation occurs as the tip of the catheter reaches the little muscle at mouth of her bladder. I've had a number of ladies spontaneously achieve climax just as I push the catheter through that muscle and into her bladder. And if a patient doesn't quite go over the edge right then, I'll gently stroke the catheter in and out a little (essentially fucking her peehole with the catheter) and that is just about sure to do it. There is nothing like giving a woman her first urethral orgasm. And most amazingly, some women get so stimulated that continued stroking can cause her to experience multiple and/or extended orgasms. I've had several urethrally experienced ladies who climax virtually continuously as long as I keep up the stimulation!
For those ladies who find they really enjoy urethral play there are a lot of options. I have a number of instruments and other procedures especially for their pleasure. In addition to the first set of stainless steel dilators I made myself (being a toolmaker by trade) I also have full sets of Dittle and Rosebud sounds, ribbed sounds, vibrating sounds, an insertible mini egg vibrator, a urethral speculum, and several flexible sounds that I made myself. I'm particularly proud of the flexible sounds. They made of very smooth vinyl tubing and they have slightly enlarged stainless steel oval shaped tips. It's the shape of the tip and the flexibility - and the options once the patient is fitted with one that are so unique. After her urethra is suitably dilated with regular sounds the flexible one is introduced. The enlarged tip goes all the way in through the inner muscle at the entrance of her bladder. Of course the sensation of it passing inside is just as stimulating as with a regular sound, but once the tip is inside the little muscle closes about the vinyl shaft, thus holding the sound in place quite well. The lady could stand up and the flexible tube would hang down but it wouldn't slip out. She can move about with a flexible sound in place. You could do other things too. For example, if she were to hold the tube up toward her tummy, her vaginal opening would be accessible. She could engage in vaginal intercourse with the flexible sound still inside her urethra, i have been lucky to have done this on several occasions, and the lady has reported incredable sustained orgasms.
