I am not here to wax poetic about what it means to be a switch, or a dominant, or a submissive. Nor am I going to sit here, behind a computer screen of all places, and attempt to "defend" myself, or "prove myself" via the internet. I have nothing to prove to anonymity. If you don't think there's such thing as a "true switch," that's perfectly fine with me: move on. You'll save us both a lot of time.

I am not here because I'm a "strong" individual looking for a "weak" individual to boss around to make myself feel better using the excuse of a dominant personality, nor am I here to grovel at the feet of every individual who considers themselves "dominant" to make up for some emotional lack, or to get a bit of attention.

I am not here to hook up. I am not going to bend you over my knee, or bend over yours, just because we so happen to have a common interest in 'deviant' desire.

Why am I here, then? Well: why not? I'd like to meet people who have common interests, and who can understand the particular eroticism and poignancy of pain/pleasure, control/surrender. That doesn't mean I'm up for starting a conversation with every pain-slut and robo-sadist on the planet: intelligence, passion, self-awareness, insight, compassion, a sense of humor -- all of these things are equally important.

If you can't laugh at yourself, give yourself over to joy and senseless wonder, or be a partner in crime in the fight against apathy and drudgery, then look elsewhere.

And if you can, I'd love to talk with you. There are stories that have yet to be told, because we haven't lived them.

About me: I'm a drag king. I'm a music enthusiast. I'm an English major (who loves comic books). I like street and performance art, and guerilla poetry. I'm a bad ass cook and I've got a hard-on for debates, literary anecdotes, and red wine. My preferred cocktail is a gin and tonic. And there's nothing better than crashing a fancy party.
