Spend an hour or so off leash walking, in my private park where I like to take my dog, like you, off leash. We can find a comfortable spot and let her do her doggie things. She loves to snuzzzle her nose and lick, really deep.

As a completely unknown, world class, artist/painter and also an accredited commercial real estate business professional. (It goes without saying / but I’ll say it anyway.) I want a woman to satisfy each of our aspirations. I live comfortably in a large, nicely appointed apartment on a hill above Mt. Washington. It could be big enough for two plus my pretty, big dog/bitch

I believe that my words regarding women are more revealing than anything I could say directly about myself.

I have never envisioned an ideal woman. I think that this is good, almost all women have some charm, or more, exclusive to themselves. Without an ideal, I am able to see this and appreciate it.

Having said that, (aside from having no children, or being separated) there are certain types of women that I prefer.

It goes something like this; She dresses with a bit if flair, panache if you will. Organized, and orderly, but not to the point of retentiveness. She’s without allergies, an omnivore who cooks creatively, with delicious results. Continuing, a woman who pays attention to detail to the point that she leaves her imprint with, for example, a small vase of flowers one day, or perhaps an object of art perfectly placed. One who loves candle light and ambiance.

She’s not a person who tidies up before a cleaning service arrives, except to secure valuables. If, in the absence of a house keeping service, she must not be adverse to house work, and be able to do it well.

I really don’t care what she does as a career. I prefer women, very intelligent. You can never have too much intelligence around the house.

I’m unconcerned regarding what kind of a package she comes in so long as it is attractive. From time to time, committed relationships can have stress, internal, and external. So, while she doesn’t have to be Caucasian, I would prefer to avoid the social and familial stress of certain mixes, to be determined, which could be difficult.

Did I hear somebody mention sex? Well we all know why we are here. I must confess that except being heterosexual, I have very few hard limits and so it is important that she be a creative adventuress. I don’t want to find ourselves in a year or two in a rut. A prime cause of infidelity, I know, I’ve done it. Conversely, in public, she be discreet to the point of avoiding innuendo, but a bit of discreet PDA is fine with me.

Should we live together, my preference is that she have no dog, but a well mannered, short haired cat would be quite acceptable, preferably black but definitely not white.

One more thing; you always leave the dance with the person with whom you arrived.
