Hello! My name is Jessica. I'm very new to the site and to the "lifestyle". I'm not so sure if a lifestyle is really for me, anyway, but I joined so I could partake in the message board and get to know myself a little better to see if this is for me or not.
Other than that I'm a pretty "average" girl. I am very much into science-fiction. My favorite author is Ray Bradbury (I have to admit The Veldt is what got me started). I just started watching Stargate SG1 (I'm only on season two, sadly). I really like anything that has anything to do with time travel (Back to the Future, The Time Traveler's Wife, etc etc).
My favorite TV Shows include: Eureka, Pushing Daisies, Bones, NCIS, Stargate Sg1 and the Office.
I love to play video games on top of that. My favorite series of games is Assassins Creed. I recently was given a PS3 and one of the games I bought (having remembered it from a friends house) was Assassins Creed 2. I don't think I've been that obsessed with finishing a game since the Sims (which you can't actually finish).
I've recently gotten into comics as well. I read mainly Gotham City Sirens because my friends and I all "identify" with a Batman Villainess. I'm the Harley in the group. :) I really enjoy reading them and am starting to get a broader collection. I have a few Captain America comics...the 1940s re-release as I'm a huge history person as well.
My favorite holiday is the Fourth of July because I love setting fireworks off and I love all the good food served! |
