No, that’s why I am here silly lol. I have moments like everybody else where I want to unplug and have some alone time. I also respect my partner too if they need some sometimes.

How many years have you lived alone?
Well when you have children, you’re never really alone, even though I do not have them all the time :)

What best describes your attitude toward work?
I want to find a job that I don’t consider one. My partner and children are my priority though. I would rather be cuddling instead of working overtime if we don't need the extra money.

I love romance, butterflies, being excited to hear someone’s voice, being excited to be able to hold and kiss someone :) Doing sweet things for them to surprise them and let them know they are special

My 2 little ones are here and not quite old enough for me to feel comfortable leaving them just yet, but eventually I would like to move yes.

I always pay my bills and try to save a little, but I also want to enjoy life while I am still young enough to.

What is the most adventuresome thing you've done in the past year?
I rode this thing at worlds of fun called the RipCord. It pulls you up over 200 Feet horizontally and then you pull the cord and fly over the park.

What are your body-type preferences for your mate?
Every person I meet it seems to be different? I’m not as skinny as I used to be, so I guess someone around my body type is fine most of the time. But like I said it varies.

If you had to characterize the end of most of your romantic relationships, they would be described as:
I have only been in one real relationship in my life and I ended up marrying her. So, I really can’t answer that question based off of one single outcome. Other types have ended positive :)

What is your opinion of committed long distance relationships?
True love knows no distance, but I would hope that both persons would work on being together as soon as possible.

Do something silly, cute, goofy, dorky, or crazy to make you laugh :)

I know I was put here to do great things. My biggest problem is I have so many talents and ideas, it’s hard for me to focus on one thing.

I feel as though there are a few key people you meet in your life that can touch your heart like no one else can. Every experience prepares you for them.

Realizing that labels are imperfect, do you consider yourself a dominant person in your personal life?
Quite the opposite. I am definitely a giver and pleaser. I am however, still a male, and still have things I am stubborn about, and still insert my foot into my mouth sometimes :)

Because I felt it was the best chance to find the person I am going to spend the rest of my life with.

If you could take a dream getaway, where would you most likely choose to spend a week?
I have always wanted to see Ireland, Jerusalem, Egypt, Hawaii, and lots of other places.

Are you a passionate person?
There are certain things I feel are just the way things should be, others that I will let my partner win the battle over. A love of a lifetime isn’t worth losing over trying to prove your right.

I love discussions. I try not to let them become arguments.

It depends on what it is. I planned out my recent vacation so I could fit the most fun into it. On other things I can live for the moment.

I think that dream is true love. I could have all the money in the world, but if I have no one to share all the good times with, then it’s useless.

I love p.... Cats ;) lol. I haven't had a place in a while where I could have pets, but I wouldn't mind :)

I wish I had been born rich.

How big is your extended family? What are the holidays like for you and your family?
I either have my children part of Christmas day or overnight depending on what we work out.

Describe your parents' relationship with each other.
Well super long story short, Both my parents have passed on and my children are my family.

Well super long story short, I was adopted by my grandmother when I was a baby, so I always knew her as my mom. Her husband died (My grandpa/father by marriage, not biological) when I was like 4 and she became disabled shortly afterwards. So I basically raised myself and took care of her. When I was like 11, I became a ward of the state in Nebraska because she couldn’t take care of me anymore. I ended up at a place called Boys Town. When I was 15, she moved to Alaska to be close to my brother (by marriage, not biological) who was stationed here. So at age 15, the state let me move here with my mom and my brother’s family. That’s how I ended up in Alaska. She died about 9 years ago, so now my children are my family.

Besides love, what one trait have you noticed in couples that have maintained a successful relationship for many years?
That they don’t give up when things get rough, they communicate, and meet each other half way.

If you went out to eat with a friend, which of the following would you prefer?
It depends on a lot of things like what am I hungry for, what are they hungry for, is there a new restaurant in town, do I want to eat healthy lol. Lots of stuff :)

How do you feel about premarital sex?
That is really up to my partner :)

I think you need to have fun in your life and take risks, but I also am pretty good at judging my limitations and knowing what I am capable of. You only live once but ummm you only die once too lol :)

I am not one of those people that thrive on having tons of drama in my life and I try not to sweat the things that are out of my control :)

I am very open minded ;) I also trust 100% unless I am given a reason not to. Basically if you’re honest with me, you can do anything you want :)

I used to play basketball like 12 hours a day lol, but haven’t had much time to lately, since I never made it to the NBA :) So I am planning on getting back into shape soon :)

Depends on if it’s something I enjoy like basketball.

I don’t normally wear a dress :) But you can wear whatever kind of dress you want :) It just depends on the situation.

What have you learned from past relationships?
I have only been in one real relationship my whole life, and I ended up marrying her. Super long story short, she ultimately ended up leaving me a week after my mom died, and 2 weeks after our newborn baby daughter was born for another man. Even though she put me through a lot, I know I am not perfect. I have had time to reflect on, and learn from all the mistakes I made throughout the whole relationship. I am confident moving forward with someone new, that I won’t have to make those mistakes again.

If you had three wishes, what would they be?
1. That I could spend more time with my children and give them more.
2. That I could find the love of my life.
3. That I become filthy stinking rich.
( This would also help make the first 2 wishes come true a lot easier :P )

What do you find physically attractive?
Hmmm. Tons of things. I hate this question because there’s so much and I don’t want to sound like I am just looking for fun. A lot of it can just be attitude though. Someone who constantly craves ..... Attention lol. Sometimes someone dominate :P Someone who is kinky and creative and wants to try new things. A sexy voice. Lingerie for about 30 seconds till I have to take it off of her. Someone who can tell me all of her deepest darkest fantasies because I will make them all a reality and let her do whatever she wants :) Lots of stuff.

Describe an interest you have that you would truly hope your partner could share with you.
I really love to watch people paint, so I would hope my partner and i could grab a couple lawn chairs, crack open a couple brewskies, and enjoy watching for hours... LOL no.

I guess maybe travelling because I would love to see a lot of the world. I want to go to Ireland, Jerusalem, Egypt, Hawaii, and lots of other places. I love amusement parks too :).

When do you feel most afraid?
I guess the only thing that would really scare me is if I fell in love with someone and they walked away again. It scares me that I could fall for someone heart, body, and soul, and they could just give up and stop trying.

How do you feel about someone who has beliefs that may be outside the norm? You don't have to believe as they believe but tolerance would be needed? How would you handle that?
I have a very open mind and love to learn and try new things. There is nothing that my partner should be scared to tell me or discuss with me. I will help them and encourage them. Even if I disagree, I would try to meet them half way. If I love someone there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them.


Looking back on your life, of what are you most proud?
That would definitely have to be my children. They are so amazing. They have helped me through a lot of hard times in my life.

Describe the worst date you've ever been on.
Well I can’t really say anything about dates I have been on, since I have been on very few. They never really ended up horrific or traumatic lol. I guess all I can really say is some of them I could tell right away we had nothing in common, no compatibility, or they were definitely not my type. Me being a gentleman though, always paid for the first date, roughed through it, and dropped them off at the end of whatever we had planned if I picked them up.

What is the most spontaneous thing you have ever done?
I took my kids to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri recently on vacation and I rode a ride called the Ripcord. They lift you up over 200 feet in the air, you pull a cord, free-fall for a few seconds, and go sailing for a while. It’s a bungee cord style ride, but it’s not straight up or down, it’s left to right. It was REALLY scary lol. But I said hey, I might never be here again to do it, so why not. You only die once… right :P

1. In 6th grade I got “best handwriting” award for going from illegible, to sorta kinda readable.

Describe your ideal man/woman.
Well I kinda described that with what I wrote about true love. I wrote that when I was a different person. I would like to get back to that person. I always said I would not let the world change me, but it found a way to anyways. I guess I would add to that by saying I want someone who can take the potential of me, and take that to the limit. In short, someone who completes me, and makes me a better person. Someone who I can tell my innermost fantasies and desires, and them not run for the hills lol. Someone who never ever gives up on us, just because they are tired of trying. Someone who is interested in trying to actually understand what makes me tick, and likes me for me. Most of all, I would like to find someone that I want to do all that back for, and more.

They say life is about simple pleasures, what is your simplest pleasure, and how does it make you feel?
Something that I have been missing for the longest time. Love, cuddling, kissing, making love, being in love. Looking at someone and knowing you don’t have to say a word to them. They love you for you, and that’s all they need. Love is the simplest pleasure, yet the hardest to obtain.

If I am angry I don't take it out on the people I care about. If I have to blow off steam I will go play basketball or pool, or go for a drive or walk so I can think. I might talk to my partner about what’s bothering me to see how they feel about the situation.

Cuddling ;) lol ummmm well I am hoping I can meet someone to make me more active again :) I like playing basketball and going on walks and bike rides. Anything is fun if you’re with the right person :)

Like a book that you read all the way through, and then you find out it's missing the last page.

My best friend growing up was a girl from back home I have known since before I can remember. We grew up together and spent tons of time together. What I liked about her is I could be myself and tell her anything.

I’ll be honest with you. I haven’t owned a TV in several years even though I enjoy going to see movies a lot at the movie theater. When I do watch TV its mostly like the discovery channel, science channel, history channel, animal planet, exc. I like to learn and challenge my mind :)

If you were stranded on an island in the middle of the ocean with only a carry on bag....what would you want in the bag?!
I think it would be more of a question of who I would want with me, but probably stuff to help me make it back to civilization alive :)

Well I really have only had one real relationship in my life and I ended up marrying her, so not a lot of things to choose from, but probably that I make cute babies lol.

That's a strange way to ask me out to dinner ;) Lol, I love lots of different kinds of food.

Never been asked this on here :) I definitely believe in god and talk to him all the time :) I haven’t really found a church that makes me feel something inside up here though. Maybe someday I will find a good one to go to :)
