BSDM is a game of the mind. No amount of toys, whips, racks or torture tools can compensate for a lack of imagination and spirit. When it's the wrong mix of people and mindsets it does not matter if you have a professional dungeon instead of a normal bed, or are using professional clamps instead of household tools like clothespegs. It just won't work, or at least won't last.
It's 99% a game of the mind.
What i\we are looking for here is someone who will fit. Someone who will complement us, enrich our life.
Who will fit? Can anyone ever honestly predict that kind of thing? We prefer to enjoy the search. Not think in too narrow a context. We are not one-sided, and we hope people we meet will have many faces and moods as well.
My experience online is that a lot of people that are into BDSM think you should adhere to rules and regulations set to specific "styles". And if you don't, you're just a vanilla pretender. I don't believe this to be true. I think it is a lot more exciting to let things flow naturally. Thinking in "boxes" has never led to much in my experience, but if it would satisfy a basic need, you could call me a Daddy Dom.
We are experimental and openminded. Everything is possible. taboos are there to be overwon. And in some cases as much a turn on as anything else. It's a learning process that is continous. I have more experience then my sub. But i learn from her as much as she does from me sometimes. She has a lot to learn though. Maybe you'd like to join her?
