About CptBiggles
Single mature man of a quiet nature. I enjoy bush walking, fishing, camping, art & literature, photography, the outdoors, nature and speedway.
I am also interested in history, archaeology, astroarchaeology, astronomy, science, philosophy, some occult, alchemy, myths & legends and world religions.
I do not enjoy the best of health and am on a Disability Pension. I am very active. Some of my health issues make can be embarrassing to discuss. However, I do not let them get the best of me, nor do I worship them at the altar of self pity. The greatest challenge I face in life is other peoples criticisms and judgements so in this I always try to to have some faith in other people and I like to feel I can expect something from them if ever I need a friend. Over time I have learned to be able to place true respect or trust towards another one must have some faith and trust in them.
I am very active with a few advocacy groups to encourage or pressure our policy makers, decision makers into making and abiding by more humane laws and a more humane and just society.
I have a faith I follow, but I am open to and accept other peoples beliefs, so long as they are not hate or race based or extreme fundamentalist.
I keep confidences, I dislike gossip and backstabbing. I try my best to be truthful and honest in all aspects of my life without being presumptive or judgmental of others. Well, I try.
What I'm Looking For
If I really knew I would have found them. I am looking for an honest and caring person who has the ability not to gossip, and keep personal things personal. I am not into backbiting, gossip or innuendo. By honesty, I mean being able to be honest with yourself as well as with others without being condescending or judgemental.
I am not racist, nor intolerant. I am aware that people have different needs and have different paths through life. Therefor I am looking for someone who has a sense of self worth and confidence in the ability to explore their own lives and the world around them.
