18 U.S. Code § 1593A - Benefitting financially from peonage, slavery, and trafficking in persons
Whoever knowingly benefits, financially or by receiving anything of value, from participation in a venture which has engaged in any act in violation of section 1581(a), 1592, or 1595(a), knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that the venture has engaged in such violation, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned in the same manner as a completed violation of such section.

18 U.S. Code § 1584 - Sale into involuntary servitude
(a)
Whoever knowingly and willfully holds to involuntary servitude or sells into any condition of involuntary servitude, any other person for any term, or brings within the United States any person so held, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If death results from the violation of this section, or if the violation includes kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or the attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, the defendant shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or life, or both.
(b)
Whoever obstructs, attempts to obstruct, or in any way interferes with or prevents the enforcement of this section, shall be subject to the penalties described in subsection (a).

Has Anyone else noticed all the so called "Slaves" that are dying to relocate and serve. But there's a catch they are staying with some Dom or Domme that is going to require you to pay their housing or lodging fees usually its anywhere between $400.00 to as high as $750 and of course you have to send it before they can leave. We had 3 contact us just today
Well we have friends that answered one of these "so called slaves" they did send the money and guess what they were stiffed Nooo you say... Well it gets better Master Jeff (Not his real name)'Did not take it very well, so he contacted the FBI and made a complaint. It took the FBI only 4 weeks but they did track the individual's down and arrested them on several Cyber crimes and charged them with Wire fraud, Money Laundering and Racketeering all federal charges all Felonies and after going to court Master Jeff got his money back. The individuals each got 15 yrs. in prison
Its about time we all stood up to these Scam artist and said No Way go away and I hope Collar Space would take more of an interest in our reports to them not just have their automated counter take notes |
