Having been in this lifestyle for quite some time now ( three years to be exact) I realize that as intense a D/s relationship can be, it can also be as intensely devastating.
So, now I have a must have qualities list. It may sound bratty, but it is not.
I know I have way more to offer than most other woman you may find here.
I know myself well enough to know that starting on slim odds will soon end. And since I am not looking to go through trial and error, I will stick to the below list.

7--Willing to accept my hard limits
8--and most importantly; HONEST

This is not a point system, it's all or none thing.
