Getting your nick registered on CM now and connecting via mIRC is a royal pain in the ass. There are a number of steps you have to follow and some are involved.
First you have to join lightIRC through the website. There you have to type /register youpassword youremail@address.com.
Go to the email address you provided (so you better have used a real one) and follow the instructions.
Then open your mIRC but do not try to connect. In your connect window (press alt + o) type in:
Full Name: yournick
Email Address: yournick@
Nickname: yournick
Alternative: yournick
Then click on Servers and, if you have a CollarMe server there delete it. click on Add and make sure these settings are exact:
Description: CollarMe
IRC Server: chat.collarme.com
Ports: 6667
Group: Collarme
Password: Remember that password you used in the /register command - paste it here.
Then connect to the chat server via mIRC.
That's it until they change it again.

I was chatting on another server and someone came in with a nick that made me think of chastity. I don't think I like chastity and would never require it in any submissive who served me. The reason is that I would want the girl to be fully turned on constantly and I would want her to be totally physically active. If anything, it if were realistically possible, I'd want her to be in a constant state of sexual excitement where sleep was the only escape. I know that's not possible but it's a nice thought.
