Wow, who let the dogs out?  I have just been browsing California profiles of doms, and there are dozens of new fake profiles placed by scammers in California now.  Hopefully, everyone knows how to identify these crooks and no one gets burned.  I don't know if there are as many slave profiles as the number of dom profiles i just reveiwed, but i hope everyone reports scammer profiles quickly so we're all protected.  If you read this, be cautious please...........

Two more fakes to report for everyone:

Mistress4uhazel is a fake and using pro model Reon Kadena's  picture.  Hope no one falls for this fraud.

Also Shelanlee is also fake and using the picture of model Tante Girang.  Again, hope the slaves dont fall for this ones games.  she is only after someone to pay her visa for relocation.  knows knowing about D/s.

I decided to start keeping a journal of all the fakes, spams and scammers i run into on this site.  Not sure if it will help anyone, but it makes me feel better.  lol....

QueenFrancescaXx

  -  pretends to be a real dominant.  her pics belong to a professional model named Amanda.  In chat, she pretends to know what she is talking about, but she's totally a fake.  Buyer beware, she wants to see slaves something. I'll let the slaves discover what.  Spammer

Janarah  -  claims to be a real mistress from the philippines.  her pictures come from a professional pinay model named Janarah.  This one is only after money, so beware.  Oh, and i never did see her real pics.  but, i assume is someone uses fake pics, we can all guess they are not very attractive.  Scammer

I haven't been using the site here very much lately.  But in the past few days, I've been bored and really wanting to meet a mistress or domme in my area.  Seems like this site has degraded to the point where almost nothing but scammers and sales people are left on here.  I contacted 5 doms in the past 3 days.  100% (5 out of 5) of them were playing the "sign up to the site and then we'll meet" games.  I don't know about all the other real people on here, but when you chat with a supposed mistress and she doesn't know the term D/s or the acronym BDSM, yet she says she's a pro domme, seems like maybe it's time to either clean up the fakes off of here, or all of real people move on......

Use caution:  female dominant nevermeant2brag claims to be in the San Jose, CA area but is in the philippines.  her scam is work the male slave with several email messages, then claim she is returning to california.  she requests the slave's tribute is to send her a tidy sum of cash via western union to pay for what she claims is a large going away party for her when she leaves to come to california.  bait and hook.  scammer all the way!!

I've been on collarme for over a year now, and for the most part ~ my experience has been disappointing.  It's not disappoint stemming from the true, honest, real people on this site that are here to actually meet someone real that shares a common interest.  My disappoint is from the huge numbers and growing of fakes on this site that lure us into lengthy conversations and huge interest levels only to eventually find out that what they are really after is a webcam show signup, or a membership signup to another bdsm site, or they're running a scam hoping we fall prey to it and they get a bundle of our hard earned money.  I come onto CM less and less each month as my hopes continue to fade toward actually finding someone I'm both physically attracted to and also share common bdsm D/s interests.  All I can do is continue to maintain a glimmer of hope and maybe one day, mz. right will find me.  I'm not looking for perfection, I'm seeking an equal in physical stature, intellect, and interests.  Does she exist?  I hope anyone that reads this has experienced better than I on CM.  Thanks and good luck with finding what you seek!

BEWARE ~ BEWARE ~ BEWARE ~ BEWARE ~ BEWARE ~
User profile name pinkypee is a big time scammer preying on slaves with ridiculous offerings.  She asks the slave to prove themselves by making a donation to a charity in Nigeria that does not exist.  I checked this out thoroughly and there is no such organization.  Do Not Fall For This Scam!!!!!!

About a month or two ago, I created an entry here exposing a fake user on this site.  I referenced an IP trace in the log and since writing it, I've received loads of questions about how you can trace an IP from within Collarme.  Ok, it's time to clarify that.

Fact:  You cannot run an IP trace from within Collarme.  When you log on to the site, you are within their registered domain and associated IP infrastructure (for lack of a better term...)

We have all chatted with users on the site that claim to be in a location that is no where near their actual location, often half way around the world.  I get several of these a day and probably 10-20 every weekend from users that maintain profiles on Collarme and other sites.  If I'm in doubt, I want to know where they really are.

Solution:
Have them send you an email externally, from outside of Collarme.  It's typically pretty easy to get someone to send a picture to you via email.  If they won't, for sure something is up already.  It can come from yahoo or google or any email domain in the world.  Once you receive this email, open the full header of the message, carefully read the lower, beginning part of the transit for the message and locate the originating IP address.  The words in the header describing the originating IP address vary by vendor, but a little reading and comprehension and you'll easily decipher the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IP format and number from where the message was launched.  Record the number (you'll see several of these in the header depending upon the number of hops the message took to get to you).  If you can't determine which is the real IP from the sending address, record them all.  It takes a very short amount of time to do this research and may be well worth it in the long run.

Next, by utilizing a site such as this one:

http://topwebhosts.org/tools/findmyip.php (you will see an IP location finder at the very bottom of this webpage)

you can enter 1 or all of the IP numbers you recorded and determine the exact geographical locations of the original launch point and most if not all of the hops the message took before reaching your inbox.

If they told you they were in California and you see 5 hops and Ghana, England, New Jersey, Santa Clara, and finally Sacramento, California, you can be certain

~they are not where they said they are~

There is no chance for error in this process and the results will be 100% accurate if you entered the numbers correctly.  Often, you will even be able to learn who the user's internet provider is  as well providing you with absolute, indisputable proof of location.

These addresses can't be faked but they can be masked (or hidden) by a trained user that might utilize a proxy server for either privacy or in most cases, scamming.  My educated guess is, about 3-5% of the world's computer and internet users are sophisticated enough to do this, so chances are pretty good you'll pull the true location of this person.

Again, i apologize about the lack of clarity in my original log.  It was about time i got this information conveyed correctly i think!!!

If you happen to need more information for some reason, there is tons of it available in easily understandable laymen's terms online.  Just type "Proxy Servers" in your web browser and be prepared for a long night.

I hope anyone that reads this and was looking for either help or information was at least enlightened a little from it.  If not or you need more, please feel free to message me anytime and I'll do what I can to assist.
