I am a pedicab driver. I am self employed. I have my own little business licensed by the city. I work 3-4 days a week. I get paid to work-out. I make my own schedule. I give tours to people who come to see Central Park. I tell them about the city, about the park and myself. Hustling and pedaling are my art.
I also run a non-profit organization for pedicabs. I manage the largest network of pedicabs in New York City. The organization does lobbying, legal work, news distribution. etc. I do not get paid for this work. I am an activist.
