I've slowly gotten back into the fetish scene in Los Angeles, but I'm not looking for anything more than friends at this time. I work full time and am going to school, so I don't always get a chance to check my profile, and I can be slow to respond. Going through the interests on this thing is interesting. There are some kinky things that don't make me go "bwah?" or set my teeth on edge, but they also don't make me terribly excited. I guess I can put "tolerate it" for them. However, I find there's always a contradictory answer possibility. I am a bit of an exhibitionist, and I have no problems with playing in public, but I'm also very concerned about consent. So in a club or party setting, I'm very open. But I dislike having people try to top/dominate me or expecting me to do the same to them in more "vanilla" settings. These people didn't ask to be involved in my life in that way, why should I force them into it.
Of course, I do tend to draw distinctions - I will do things like kiss or hold hands, maybe a brief grabbing of the ass...those sorts of things... in public.? Perhaps this only makes me quasi-prudish, then.
