So a month ago on my morning run,  I sprained my ankle so I was unable to run for a while.  I dont want that to happen again,  so I got a bike.  I am way out of pratice on a bike.   But I can feel the workout working already.

I like to wear a cheerleader skirt and Sport bra when I workout,  does that seem strange to anyone?

Bought an Exersise Skort yesterday,  I love goodwill,  so I put it on with my favorite sports bra.  I ran / walked for over an hour out side like that.  well I mostly walked,  Ran when I saw headlights.  So long as I keep getting up early like i have been,  I moght get skinnier.and that would be nice.   I would be running more,  But I had crushed my leg about 2 months ago and even walking to much on it i start getting shin splints,   (if you have never had them I hope you never do.

Ok June 29th was a big day for me.  Divorce was Finalized.  It was like being born again.  although now I have a large emptiness that is eating away me.
