I am only interested in those women who were naturally born female.
A long long time ago I learned how as adults, we all have baggage. Tripping over some very specific pieces of others baggage can cause a reaction that was unforeseen and unknown when interaction began. These reactions rarely are of a positive nature, often times leading to long term rifts or worse, ending of relationships. The end result is the baggage often is reburied, instead of being exposed and dealt with so as not to cause problems again.
When I got involved in this dynamic, what I saw that stuck accord with me was how as the Dom you get the fun, but you also inherit a huge responsibility. The Dom has the power and control of the woman when she is in her most "naked" and most vulnerable state. I also learned the Dom should do no damage, either mentally or physically, to the one he is with.
If you add those two paragraphs together it says the Dom really needs to know the woman, almost better than she knows herself.
Now, finding the right match in a partner is no easier in this dynamic than in the vanilla world. It takes lots of searching, lots of getting to know someones, lots of trial and error before you get lucky to find one suitable for yourself.
To accomplish all these objectives I have found communication online via email or more preferably chat, provides the best opportunity to really learn who is on the other side of the screen. I have found I can strip a woman's mind "naked" this way if it is done gently and with care. Once I have her "naked", that's when I learn who she really is and what is best to be avoided. I have also seen at this point, many women finally get to embracing the submissive or slave heart they have had buried for years.
This is my MO when I begin to investigate a new woman for me. This won't happen in 15 minutes, not in a hour or even in one session, if the connection is there and appears worth exploring further. She also has an equal opportunity to learn me to see if she finds a fit for herself too. Those who are not interested in going through this, I understand and wish you the best in your search.
