My interests and personal paradigm: I think I will start by saying that I'm a firm believer that your wired for this or not; even if it may take a while to figure out the schematics. I enjoy being spontaneous and playful and don't need scenes based primarily on seeing how much a partner can take. Simply swinging something at a partner till they crumple does nothing for me. I crave a connection on a primal level; one where the intensity of the moment removes us from time and all we find is each other there. I cover a lot of my interests in my fetish list but there are a few that deserve more than just overview. My absolute favorite thing and what opened the door for me is rope bondage. It feeds my desire for connection, to create something artistic and enhances all the other aspects of my play. I'm of course a fan of floggers, whips, caning, paddles, a good old bare handed spanking and hell anything thing else I can get my hands on. I have even made my own floggers and other toys. I just enjoy the process of creating something from scratch.

Play partners: I won?t try and create an arbitrary check list here. I?ve had my socks knocked off unexpectedly before and have become a fan of taking a chance and seeing where things lead. I will say that I am a fan of women with strong spirits. It?s something that for me goes to a very primal level. There has to be a certain look in her eye and way she moves? For those that I do let get close I am a very idealistic and passionate person. I greatly value time spent together, no matter the setting. Touch and words of affirmation are also key things for me in a relationship. Yea yea the guy with knives and whips is a big softy lol. I am almost always brainstorming for something. I may throw out a dozen date night / play ideas at you but its more to gauge interest. Not that they are all going to be done, it?s just fun to see where the creative process may lead.

I was thinking tonight that if I am trying to find a partner that I should share a bit more about myself. I already covered what I look for in a casual play partner on my profile. But here I will talk about my interests and as I update it share what I am looking for in a long term partner...
Lets see, in the last few years I?ve found a job that I enjoy, have a network of friends from Louisville to Columbus. I?m very happy with how things have turned out and now I?m looking for a partner to enjoy the ride with. I love jumping in the car and going for a drive and explore my surroundings. That being said I also enjoy a quiet evening at home cooking dinner and relaxing.
I am getting back into real shape and watching what I eat via p90x and the 4 hour body diet. Last year I dove into photography and digital editing. So I have been buying my own studio equipment and learning how to do post processing with photoshop and whatever else I can get my hands on. To summarize I am trying to balance my athletic and creative sides.
Here are some of the things I enjoy...
Movies - I LOVE movies and especially watching behind the scenes sections of a DVD. I have always dreamed of working on my own movie be in in front or behind the camera. So this is just a TINY bit of the movies I enjoy. The Crow, Arsinic and Old Lace, Cowboy Beebop, Samurai Champloo, The Matrix (first one), Boondock Saints, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Dark Crystal, Spirited Away, Hitchhikers Guide TTG, Riddick Chronicles,hundreds of other movies that are not coming to mind right now.
Music - I prefer rock and industrial music. I hate twangy country but like and grew up with the classics including Johnny Cash. I do enjoy rap as well but truth be told I am a bit of a music whore. Abney Park, 3 Doors down, Breaking Benjamin, Concrete Blonde, Disturbed, Enigma, Evanescence, Godsmack, Gravity Kills, Kidney Thieves, Korn, Linkin Park, Manson, Megadeath, Ol School Metallica, Nickleback, Ozzy and of course Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Anything by Chester Bennington, Rage against the machine, Machines of Loving Grace, Anders Manga, Rammstein, White Zombie, Rollins, She Wants Revenge, STP, NIN, Offspring and a ton of other groups and artists that are just not coming to mind.
Television - Californication, The Newsroom, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Dexter, Face Off, Sons of Anarchy, Supernatural, Lost, Caprica, Family Guy, Justified, South Park, True Blood, Battle Star Galactica, Dexter, Big Bang Theory, Eureka, Archer and almost anything on the history channel or food network are the current must watch shows / channels.
Food - I am not really picky at all and love having Chinese, Mexican or Italian. I was recently introduced to Indian food and love it! I'm not at all fond of Tai food but I don't mind going to Tai restaurants with friends. I really want to learn how to cook better and love experimenting in the kitchen.
To save us a lot of time and heart break here are some things you should know up front.
- If you are not an affectionate person, we will not work.
- I am not one of the cookie cutter clock punchers out there. If that is what you need / want look else where. Meaning if all you seek is a guy who goes to work, comes home and watches the boob tube with no dreams or aspirations then I really am not your guy.
- If you don't enjoy being touched or held, we will not work.
- If you do not enjoy or desire PDA then we will not work.
- I am an idealist, romantic, touchy feely, incredibly loving type of guy with a dark side.
- I enjoy dark humor and pushing boundaries.
- I have explored my personal desires, done the personal reflection and Know what my wants and needs are.
- I do not do any drugs including smoke weed. I may be ok with a partner who does but only after seeing them while high. I can not stand it when it completely changes a persons personality. I prefer a partner who also does not use. (note that I am not trying to start a debate about weed here. I don't care if you use it.)
- I very very rarely will smoke a cigarette. I prefer a cigar once a month or so and have recently been introduced to hooka. But I still don't consider myself a smoker.
- I have done the poly thing and while I get it but at this time I am looking to be sexually monogamous. I still like the idea of being open to non sexual play with others and also plan to continue doing rope or whatever for my photography.
- My preference is for ladies who are in shape. I am doing my best to keep in shape and want a lady who can not only motivate me but keep up with me.
