While looking upon the unmarked body of a submissive, I often wonder if I'm experiencing the same anticipation Michelangelo felt just before making the first brush stroke on the Sistine Chapel.
I often laugh at the strange depths of my kink, as if I were laughing at another person. They do make life more complicated at times. Still, I'm glad I have them.
I love all types of BDSM, from restraints to spanking, but my interests are pretty flexible. In other words: As long as you are kinky and playful in some way, we'll probably be able to hit it off.

In addition to my kink, however, I lead a very active "vanilla'' life. I like lots of things outside of kink: Travel, literature, sports -- especially participation sports -- dining out, and just general adventure. (Well, maybe I STILL think like a kinkster while I'm doing those things.)
The point is, Kink is not what defines me to the general public, and I like it that way. Among other things, it makes the times I am involved in Kink all that much more exciting.
I'm a journalist by training and have worked for a number of large newspapers. I took a break from that industry, though, to go to work for a program that helps establish democratic governments in Third World nations. I spent a year living in Africa and I have gotten to some incredible places because of that work. And travel does happen to be one of my passions.
Now, bear with me for the brief serious portion of this profile.
I'd like to meet someone intelligent, beautiful, fit and committed to the life. I want someone who will give herself to me fully once the proper trust has been established -- not coming in with too many pre-established limits. In return, I'll ensure her for the length of this life.
I realize beauty is just the way your DNA happens to stack up, and I don't just mean physical beauty. I find a certain seriousness beautiful, a thirst for knowledge. A big laugh is beautiful too, so what do I know? I just know it when I see it.
That all said, I enjoy an active vanilla lifestyle. While I'd like her to enjoy my pain, pleasure, love, bonds, sticks, stones, etc., we should also see the world, travel the continents and generally seek all manner of adventure together.
