I do think that the learning of a sub is important. If we are to not only teach but lead as well we should have a plan. No matter what it is. I do like to grow the sub/slave and give her that which she loves. It does not matter to me the form of it but it does matter to me that she is always being refreshed and appreciated. The play is but a part of it all. It is deeper to me and the doors that we find should open and reveal more about her as well as about me.
Vision to guide her and to have a map to where that leads. Real and tangible results.. Ego is not talent and it never prevails. Yes this takes effort and work.
