A slave's mind
A slave's body is the complete property of its Owner.
But what of the slave's mind? A slave's mind is much like the Ego and the Id. There are two parts: the slave mind which focuses on obeying and pleasing its Owner and the free mind, which still considers itself a person and has thoughts, feelings, sense of self, beliefs and morals.
The ideal to have a slave with only a slave mind left to it. The slave mind is only there to direct the slave body/property as its Superiors command, with no hesitation on the slave's part due to inhibitions, feelings or judgement.
So how do we reduce or completely remove the free mind of the slave and make it an obediant object and tool to its Superiors?
The most helpful method of removing the free mind of a slave is deep humiliation and degradation. Continual feelings of shame, shock and defilement will force a sense of separation of the slave's mind from its own body as a defense mechanism to the shock of what is being done to (or actions of) the slave body. Repeated commands of utter debasement will teach the slave its body is no longer its own and the free mind will seek refuge by viewing the body as a thing separate from itself in an attempt to escape from the horror of what it is doing or been done to it.
Extensive photo and video of the slave being humiliated should be taken for two reasons: one, to maintain the slave's obediance for fear of the material being made public. Two, for the slave to view and reinforce the idea that it is happening to someone else, seeing the slave body's defilement from an exterior view and adding to the slave feeling outside of its body, as a thing separate from itself.
Of course, once the slave has been stripped of all inhibitions and ideas of self worth, the photo and video should be posted and made public as a last step to the slave accepting that it is no longer a person to be afforded any sense of privacy or dignity. It would be a final act of the slave seeing the slave body as something it no longer has sense of identity with. Especially effective is the slave photo and video being seen and commented on by people who knew of it before its slavery. Complete exposure of its former persona as a free person being made into a total slave will increase the sense of separation from its former free self and reinforce its identification as property and chattel. In addition, the slave will no longer have the option to escape back into its former life with its exposure and will become more accepting of its new slave life. |

Introduction
Binding Agreement
This slave, the undersigned, binds itself totally and completely, without limit, to servitude to the holder(s) of this Contract, hereinafter known as MISTRESS. [The singular form of the word 'MISTRESS' is used throughout this contract, though this word may apply to one or more persons delineated below. The slave is regarded henceforth as “the slave” or “it”] it acknowledges receipt of one dollar ($1) and other consideration that to this slave’s is sufficient compensation. it certifies that it is at least 18 years old, is not now physically or mentally impaired by influence of any drugs, including alcohol, or other reason where it does not know what it is doing and is legally and mentally competent to contract in its own name. it is signing this document of its own free will, without coercion or pressure of any kind. No one has made any promises, guarantees, warranties, or offered threats or inducements of any kind to get this slave’s to sign this Contract. With full understanding of the meanings and implications of this Contract, it specifically desires and request the control delineated and the activities mentioned herein. it specially desires and request MISTRESS to force this slave’s to comply if necessary, using any means at MISTRESS's disposal without limit.
Interpretative Discussion
it understands that the Sixteenth Amendment prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude. Nevertheless, for its own purposes, it desires to revoke all rights as a person granted by any law or morality. it is signing this contract in an attempt to effect the status of a non-entity. it specifically request the courts, the law and government not to interfere. it considers any attempt by an outside authority to in any way limit MISTRESS's rights and prerogatives under this Contract to be an unwarranted interference with its constitutional right to privacy. it is of legal age and it is legally an adult who knows what it is doing. it specifically wants this. In the strongest language it requests the government not to 'protect' this slave’s from the consequences of this decision. it gives up any and all rights of any kind and deion. it specifically waives any and all protection in law or equity, any constitutional rights or protections, and any other rule or regulation that would in any way prevent MISTRESS from having total control over every aspect of its life. it desires to be placed in a position where it CANNOT change its mind. Recognising that a government may not allow a totally irrevocable contract, no matter how much it wants one, it agrees to the following clause, which, while not making this Contract completely unbreakable, makes it extremely difficult to break. This Contract is irrevocable except as provided for in this paragraph only. First, it can be cancelled at any time, without penalty, by mutual consent. If MISTRESS does not give consent, MISTRESS has the right to force performance in a court of law or equity or by the use of physical means as outlined above. Second, it may be unilaterally cancelled by MISTRESS at any time, with our without reason.
Status The slave is hereby stripped of all rights as a person. It is a non-entity of society and is completely inferior to others. It must treat all persons as its Superiors, within guidelines set by its Owner. It may make no claim of abuse, rape, cruelity, mental anguish, violation, blackmail or coersion.
Areas of Control MISTRESS has total and complete control in every area. it hereby totally submits to MISTRESS without limit and without reservation. it specifically requests and authorise MISTRESS to use force to compel its obedience, and it specifically request and authorise MISTRESS to ignore anything it may say or do that might in any way be considered a refusal or retraction on its part. By way of illustrating MISTRESS's control, but not in any way to limit it, it delineate the following subset of MISTRESS's rights, privileges, prerogatives, and abilities:
Geographical limits MISTRESS has the right to limit its movements: to decide where it will live, work, play, etc. MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate its whereabouts at all times. MISTRESS has the right to exercise this prerogative by physically confining or binding this slave’s by any means MISTRESS desires, with no limitations on time or method. it understands that if restrained, the restraints are REAL and that it will NOT be able to get free until MISTRESS desires to release this slave’s, however long that takes.
Dress It is understood that absolute and complete nakedness is the slave’s natural state, to make obvious its status and inferiority and remove any sense of privacy. The slave understands that its nudity is manditory in the Owner’s home, and any clothing or coverings worn past the 3 square foot linoleum area of the immediate entry of the home is reason for severe punishment. The slave will answer the door in the nude, greet guests in the nude and be publicly displayed in the nude, in private and public, and introduced to others as a slave.
The slave, when ordered, will offer its body to its Superiors without reservation for their pleasure or amusement.
Photo and/or video may be freely taken of the slave by any persons at any time, in private or public. The slave surrenders any right to ownership, copyright or invasion of privacy from this material and it will be considered part of the public domain.
The slave understands there are laws against public nudity and indecent exposure, but also understands its Owner’s preference takes precendence. When displayed naked, it will do so with complete openness and no attempt at concellment to its Superiors. If fondelled or groped, it will make no move to restrict or deny its Superiors access to its body If arrested, the slave will agree its nudity was of its own volition.
Grooming and Hygiene The MISTRESS has stated the slave will be rendered completely hairless at the signing of this document. The slave will keep completely hairless during its slavery. The head, face and anus will be shaved, and Nair used for all other areas at least once a week.
In addition, during its morning shower, an enema must be adminstered by the slave to itself containing 2/3 water and 1/3 olive oil. It is understood that the reason for this is for easier use in any anal activities of the slave, including sodomy.
Tattoos, Piercing, Body Art, Branding. MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate what, if any, body piercings, tattoos, scarifications, brandings, or other body art modifications it will receive. MISTRESS agrees to have these modifications made by professionals trained in the specific areas concerned.
Eating and Sleeping. MISTRESS will provide this slave’s with sufficient periods to eat and to keep this slave’s in reasonable health. However, MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate the place, time, manner and conditions of its eating, sleeping and drinking. In addition, MISTRESS has the right to dictate what it will eat or drink.
Sex Limitation This is NOT a contract for sexual services. it shall NOT receive anything of value for engaging in sex. it understands it will engage in full heterosexual or homosexual sex at MISTRESS's desire and direction. it agrees to do so fully, completely, willingly, and to the best of its ability. MISTRESS will tell this slave where, when, with whom, and what sexual activities to undertake. Such activities may include fetish, sado-masochistic, multi-person, and other activities considered by some to be deviant. The slave is not allowed to protest or refuse any violations made of the slave and must make itself completely open and accessible. The slave may freely cry, scream or beg but this in no way curtails any use of the slave and, as it has no rights, cannot be raped. The slave’s body is to be considered the MISTRESS’ property, and the slave has ABSOLUTELY no control or say over its use and treatment. Except at MISTRESS's direction, it agrees to refrain from self-gratification. it understands that if it is not an eager slut and does not make every effort to please its Superiors, it will be punished.
Work MISTRESS may order this slave’s to perform physical duties on His behalf and may hire out its labour without compensation of any kind to this slave’s. it agree to serve diligently, completely, and to the very best of its ability at all times. All money received for any of its work shall be the property of MISTRESS. No employer-to-employee relationship exists between this slave’s and MISTRESS. MISTRESS is not responsible for worker's compensation, social security (FICA/DHSS) or other insurance's or taxes. it serves under this Contract for the compensation already received, which is not, and is not to be construed as wages. That it is not an employee can be demonstrated by the IRS test that it cannot quit this Contract. MISTRESS agrees to use necessary funds from its work to pay any personal bills or obligations it may have had when signing this contract
Subletting/Selling MISTRESS may order this slave to become the property of another, either on a temporary or permanent basis. This may be for further training, use, or trade. This slave agrees that any and all provisions of this contract must be upheld to the Superior it is assigned, on a temporary basis. If permanent, the Power of Attorney upholds the MISTRESS’ right to sign a new contract on the slave’s behalf.
Penalties MISTRESS may enforce His orders by physical, corporal punishment of various types. it understands that, as one method of discipline, it will be spanked (paddled, etc.) with hands or implements. it understands the spankings and whippings are REAL. They WILL hurt, MAY leave marks on its body, and MAY bruise. The slave willingly submits to any punishment or humiliation it may receive. Any begging, sobbing or pleading of the slave will not be taken into consideration. MISTRESS may enforce Her orders by physical force: in short, by MAKING this slave’s to do what She wants done. MISTRESS may apply corporal punishment and/or force either for a lapse in its behaviour, for a completely arbitrary reason, or for her enjoyment, amusement, and gratification. The slave must thank the MISTRESS after any correction received.
Mental distress MISTRESS may also mold the slave’s mind through acts the slave may find deeply distressing or humiliating. it understands that a slave must feel no sense of self or shame and that repeated acts of humiliation are necessary to remove the slave’s ego, dignity and inhibitions. Mental conditioning may include brainwashing, hypnosis, sensory depravation, speech restrictions and the use of drugs (covered in the Power of Attorney) to aid in the removal of the slave’s self control and decision-making ability.
Hold Harmless it submits to this Contract and to treatment hereunder entirely of its own free will and volition and for its own reasons. it enters into this Contract solely and entirely at its own risk. it, for itself, its heirs, its assigns, and all other parties of any deion, hereby agree to hold harmless, and release from all liability of any kind, MISTRESS and all other participants in these activities.
Assignment of Property By signing this Contract, it transfers ownership and all rights to itself, all property, real, personal, tangible, and intangible, and all copyrights, patents, etc. which it now has, will become entitled to, or obtain by any other means during the course of this Contract, to MISTRESS. MISTRESS agrees to use any or all of such properties, copyrights, patents, etc. to pay off any obligations or bills it may have had upon entering this contract, and to use the remainder for expenses associated with its upkeep, such as food, medication, clothing, etc.
Power of Attorney By its signature below, it grants MISTRESS unlimited Power of Attorney to turn to Her own use and advantage all property described above and to effect any legal transfers or paperwork of any kind and deion; to give consent to medical, psychiatric and other treatment: to execute contracts of any sort in its name; to effect and to enforce all rights, privileges, and conditions of this Contract; and to do anything in its name which it could lawfully do without exception or limitation. MISTRESS may specifically do things under this Power of Attorney which may be perceived to be to Her benefit. it desires that MISTRESS be free to exercise this Power of Attorney without any conditions, bonds, oversight, restraint, or interference of any kind.
This slave also agrees to be committed to a mental institution for a period of 3-6 months to be past, present or future), whether true to life or manipulated in any fashion, and all associated material, including promotional, either factual or fictional, used for any purposes whatsoever, including commercial. it waives all rights to inspect the products before or after use and waives its claims for embarrassment or mental distress specifically and all other claims of any sort generally. it understands that a public website (maintained by the slave, with the Owner’s supervision) will be maintained and published chronicalling the slave’s training and progress. it also understands it will be ordered to model for adult and BDSM photo/video to contribute to the household and all monies from these activities are to be assigned to the Owner.
Other Provisions; Severability; Assignability This agreement, is covered by the laws of the State of ??. This statement not withstanding, it specifically desires none, or at least the minimum amount of government interference in this contract. If any part of this Contract is held to be invalid, the remainder stands as written and the invalid part is changed as slightly as possible to give MISTRESS as much latitude and as many rights and privileges as possible. In a similar fashion, in any disagreement of Interpretation, MISTRESS's desires shall prevail. MISTRESS may assign this Contract to any other person or persons without its signed consent. It has not only read, but written this contract and understands every aspect and enormity of agreeing to this release. It revokes any and all personal use of its name, identity or citizenship. There are no other provisions.
