Was hungry while waiting for kitchen cabinets to come, so I cut in to chunks 4 peeled carrots. Placed carrots in to boiling water for a couple minutes then added zitty pasta for 8 more minutes. Added teaspoon of seasoning an salt. Then added the peas I sprouted an hauled an cooked couple minutes. added a can of chicken White meat. Drained every thing an put aside in strainer. In pot added half stick unsalted butter an table spoon plus olive oil along with a bag of fresh spinach cooked down stirring regularly til reduced in half. then added heavy cream. combine every thing back in one pot a mixed. add one can heated Catalina beans ( white kidney) at this point as well, add parma cheese mix an serve

Watched the track and field Olympic trials for USA other day and was so attracted to 2 of then there hot fit sexy muscles.
