My Review of Bill Dodge Auto Group: KIA of Westbrook , Maine
* As any dealership they sell good new and use car's ( BUT ) I went back to the Kia Dealer when I gut home From Cape Cod on 5-14-2012 , and told them their KIA shop S-ck's , OK so your going to pay me the money I had to pay out for ( 2nd. time Repairs )-( and they did send me a Check ) on the job you should have done right the first time , the right way ! (( $40.00 )) 24 day's after you work on my car in your shop that cost me $163.34 work was done on 4-23-2012 ) then I felt safe to go to Cape Cod 14 day's later , and I went to Osterville, Mass. on Cape Cod stay a week ,., This is the * 2nd.. time ( for bad work ) in the last * 2 times in your shop , ( and this last time was real bad work ) !,!

It was only 17 day's from the time I had work done on my 2005 Kia Amanti at Bill Dodge Auto Group , Kia of Westbrook , Maine ,, in the their shop had winter tire's swap over for my summer tire's that wear already on rims . * Any-way 17 day's later had my car back in a shop in Cape Cod in Mass. (( All lugs on all wheel's were loose on my car !! ?? AS I see it - Kia shop does not care if the work is good or not ,** all lugs on all 4 my wheels were loose , is this good work ?? ( Then they did a 4 wheel Alignment on my car at the same time , but how can you do an Alignment with all 4 wheels that have lose lugs ? ?,, Shame on you: Kia of Westbrook , Maine

*Can you see all my 4 wheels coming of my car going down the high-way at: 60 or 70 + mph , going down Rt.295 or RT.I95 , or being in Boston , or on Rt.3 south to Cape Cod on the high-way, It could have Kill me and or other's on the road if any one of them came off ! .

*My Customer Invoice # is 7569924 if you need to see it ! ! ! All so have my bill from my Service Man in Osterville , Mass. if you need to see that too ! ! And gut a Bill Dodge, Kia of Westbrook , Me. Check for $40.00 Reimbursement for bad work that could have kill me !

**** You need to Know People ****** You make your own call ! Do you won't Kia to work on your car ?? * Can all lugs just get loose on all 4 wheel's on a car by them self ?? -- in 17 day's

And being a good guy late them look at my car for a 2nd. time on 5-17-2012 to look at my car over they say its OK , But that is what the Auto man said after he work on my car in Cape Cod on 5-10-2012 ,,..,, I'll never go back to Kia of Westbrook ever but that is me , way see if they can do it a 4th. or 5th.. time !!

O did I say they put the wrong oil in my car one time too ! And all the air in all 4 tires wear off not 35 lbs., just little things they do ,., God help us .

Gut my car back to day 5-18-2012 ,., at 1:30 PM ,., They said the lugs on the wheels wear loose because of "" rust "" on them some were , "" that is it ? "" O thy did Car Detailing on my car too, I did not ask for this to be done . So this is how thy Resolve my Issues , Come on Kia of Westbrook ! Get Real .

Maybe your car will be next in the Kia Shop ,., !!!
