I am a 62 year old Dominant and unabashedly sadistic man, divorced last year from a 17 year vanilla marriage. I live in Hamilton, Ontario. I am 6'4" tall, 210 pounds and grey-haired, but well-preserved. I was involved in a long-distance relationship with a submissive in England, which has now come to an end (for obvious reasons). I own my own home, which is well-equipped for play. I love inflicting pain on a consenting submissive who receives it willingly, ideally in the context of a loving relationship. My approach to D/s involves "functional" bondage (as a preliminary to impact play, or to simple immobilization of the sub, rather than as an aesthetic end in itself). I am not especially into protocol since if my sub and I both know who the Dom is (and I am always ready to make that point clear), it is not necessary. Nor am I obsessed with terminology (Master/slave, Dom/sub, Top/bottom). If my sub and I are both happy with the way we feel about each other and the things we do together, the terminology is largely irrelevant. But I am aware that many feel differently about this. I don't criticize them but I don't share their feelings. Finally, I don't feel the need for fetish garb since my Dominance comes from within or not at all. But I am quite prepared to grow in unforeseen directions, as I have in the past. I do like the look of a well-fitted collar, willingly worn, around my sub's neck. Also, my sub tied to a chair and gagged while I go about my business and tell her what I will do to her later. Another favourite fantasy scenario... my sub bound in the bottom of my canoe on the way to a remote cabin...
Outside the realm of kink, I work with computers and enjoy the outdoors (hiking and canoeing primarily), movies (French if possible), cooking and eating good meals, photography, CBC radio (but decreasingly so since the recent notorious changes), reading history, and listening to, playing and singing Renaissance and Baroque music.
