OK, OK, I?ll Explain the handle LOL. It means "beautiful night" and comes from the Disney movie Lady and the Tramp ("This is the night, it?s a beautiful night, what a lovely bellanotte.") Yeah, it may be a bit corny, but I think the name reflects some of the same qualities that my Daddy says he loves about me.

This profile is a major update. I am no longer "looking" for a relationship on this site, as I was collared to a wonderful Dominant on December 21st (you can see his profile at AWGonzo), and became part of the house of Mephistopheles, gaining a sister and a brother. Rather, my interest in Collarme at this point is confined to making friends locally, and to discussion on the boards.

In addition to my Master and house, I am active in several local BDSM and Leather lifestyle groups with regular meetings and regular events, and also travel occasionally to events in other cities.

In my free time I enjoy reading, genealogy, creative writing, spending time with family and friends, webpage design, beginning bellydance, cooking and beginning massage, knitting, computer games, yoga, pilates, and meditation.

If you'd like to say hello, just send a (polite) note; but please, -do- take note that I -am- just looking for friends. "Hits" will be ignored, or if continued, referred to my Master.

Blessed be, and
Have a great day!!.

One of my favorite quotes from years ago -- this comes from the Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel in his book "Night":

No one is as capable of gratitude
As one who has emerged
From the kingdom of the night.
We know that every moment
Is a moment of grace,
Every hour an offering;
Not to share them
Would be to betray them.
Our lives no longer belong to us alone;
They belong to all those
Who need us desperately.

Pet Peeves:
1. people who never smile -- I suppose this goes along with my penchant for a sense of humor in another human being :)
2. using "u r" for "you are" and other onlinism misspellings -- I think this one comes from my experience as an editor.
3. endless forwards in e-mails -- Most of these things have made the rounds of the globe at least twice by now and assumed the status of urban legends
4. profiles with... blank profiles -- I understand the difficulty in creating a profile that accurately and well represents oneself. However, I can't imagine joining the site without either filling out the interest checklist or making an attempt at a written profile -- how will others know anything about you?
