My is sarah. i am a mature transgendered woman who has been in therapy for six months and is currently and very newly on female hormones.
My facial hair removal started today and I have facial surgery scheduled early this winter to have my jaw and nose replaced with a more feminine one.
My transition is going fine and I expect to have bottom surgery early next year.
