3/29/2024 2:48:40 PM: Old Guard style relationship can be discussed:  A clear set of rules, guidelines, protocols, whatever to define actual expectations that have been thoroughly discussed and may even be put on paper as a 'contract' (despite the nerd factor).  Just clear expectations and courses of action for any deviance from said rules.  I, of course, would have the power to punish at my discretion.  Limits respected of course.
