5/8/2015 6:23:51 AM: My first attempt towards taking a BDSM position did not exactly go to plan. A gay friend had connected me with a potential Mistress who lived locally, so it sounded very promising and a good fit for me.  We started chatting online and I felt very comfortable with her, she took a keen interest in who I am and the challenges I have had in life.  She gradually started to get more in depth about what she was looking for, her expectations, chores and roles I would need to assume.  Some of it was deeper than I am comfortable with being new to the area, but otherwise I was quite happy to have connected with her.  We arranged to meet and discuss further in person over some glasses of wine, which was very exciting for me at the time.  When I arrived she was there as promised and we started to get on very well, especially as we drank more wine together.  She then dropped the bombshell that she did not have a position available right now, but was able to 'hook me up' with a Master, who she proceeded to call over as I guess he had been keeping his eye on us for a while.  She then made her excuses, leaving us with a full bottle of wine saying that I would be really happy with him, that he was very reliable and a great opportunity to me.  It is ok to say that, but for me he came across as very overbearing and was over twice my size which was also quite scary.  They totally played the bait and switch on me, he even had a contract he wanted me to sign.  It was a very uncomfortable situation as I am not seeking a Master at least not at this point, I tried to explain that I was just exploring options at this point as I still had not finished my college degree at the time we met.  He was not happy at all but I was able to make my excuses, including his offer to drive me back.  Afterwards he started leaving aggressive texts and messages until I blocked his number, it was not a great initiation but does make me much more aware going forward from an initial trust standpoint.  It also confirmed my belief that a position as a submissive with a domme female is absolutely the direction I need to be looking as something of a novice to this community.  In the end, all is well that ends well :)
