About axedrez
As a person
The perfect dilettante, my interests range from art, contemporary dance, opera, music, history, literature, psychoanalysis, languages to science and international politics, to the point that often when we discuss a given subject people believe that I am somehow "in the trade".
A special inclination towards things Asian.
A good listener, at the same time non-judgemental, benevolent and thought-provokingly critical and ironic, I’ve often been dubbed "ma meilleure copine" (How would you say it in English? Something like best girly-gossip friend, maybe.)
I hate clichés, conventions - including those of non-conventional circles, including BDSM images and protocols, so as a result I fit rather well in very classical circumstances: maturity has also meant accepting in a reasoned way a number of things I rebel against when they are just supposed to be followed as a norm.
Also not too bad an amateur cook (my cooking blog is eventually featured in the press, but I won’t link it here), a sailor, a woodworker.
By the way, I am French and originally from Paris, dus heb ik en excuus dat ik nog geen Nederlands kan spreken (a nice Flemish sub can provide the motivational boost!) But a lot of other languages are ok for me.
And I love living in this small world-city of Brussels, where so many initiatives can thrive easily and people mingle across origins and walks of life.
As a dominant
Clearly a dominant, I have lived over years a number of D/s relationships, with various shades of affective involvement and various levels of SM intensity, often in the position of educating a curious, willing and sometimes fearful novice.
Sensitive, patient, and still, I can also be extremely harsh, demanding, treat you as a mere object and take delight in your tears.
At the moment, I wouldn't define myself as being "on the search" for a submissive partner or whatever, but rather in an open state of mind.
I am rather curious and passionate about discovering the unexpected in a personality, somehow a journey into an unknown country...

My main involvement has been organising the BrusselS-MuncH, an open (roughly) monthly meeting for people into or curious about BDSM for a drink, a chat and networking in an informal setting.
