	About Avalondreams I've no shopping list of impossible demands, I prefer horizons over tunnels: the view is so much better. I’m an mature man who enjoys taking responsibility and providing guidance. Advice on tough job interview questions:
I was once asked:
‘What would you describe as your biggest weakness?’
Bad answer: ‘I like to steal office supplies.’
Good answer: ‘I work so hard, I sometimes forget to go home at night.’

I recently asked a guy from Texas who was a ‘HoH’ about its history.

He spun this story that it was conceived by Baptists in the early 1900’s and was inspired by John the Baptist who used to beat his wife.

I was puzzled by all this, and put my foot in it when I said:

‘I don’t remember John the Baptist beating his wife, or even that he had a wife… unless she died from the beatings.’

This was a chat room, and it didn't go down well, for only then did I realise I was surrounded by half the southern Bible belt. I’ll leave you to imagine the reaction, for my part, I won’t be visiting Texas anytime soon :)

I know it sounds absurd,
