About Ashen
I used to be Snow White, but I drifted. Update 9/2011 *laughs* poor little thing, I sounded so lost. (referring to my old profile text below) I thought I updated this already, oops! Here is what I know now: I think I have a handle on my submissive nature by now, although I am still surprised and delighted to learn now things about myself, but that one point, “my submissive nature”, I got that down cold. :) I am still smart, still have that bullshit detector and am still skittish in some situations. Maybe skittish isnt the right adjective, flustered is more accurate. I have had some experience, most of it beautiful, some of it painful. Or beautiful because it was painful? I wondered (and honestly worried) for a while that I might be a switch. After some considerable struggle, I came to the conclusion (with some help) that I am most decidedly submissive. The way my mind and body responds to a dominant fascinates me, and I love to delve into the psychology of it. Having not met a huge number of dominants, I can only tell you what my limited experience has shown me. If I cannot feel their dominance sitting across the table from them, my submission will not be forthcoming. I rely on that primitive response in me, and love to feel it shift to the forefront. I have been completely flustered by the presence of a dominant in an online format when he shifted his focus to me. I have also been in the physical presence of a respected dominant and felt only an urge to order him to lick my boot. (I suppressed the urge, I am not stupid) :) Hmm what else? I am always yearning for more time to read, to write, always seeking balance. Submission for me is an important part of that balance. You should be yourself. I have never met a dominant my “inner sub” responded to that I didn’t adore. That inner sub, she likes strong, no creepy factor. A man that will laugh with her and know the difference between casual conversation and a push to test their dominance. I will never be a doormat devoid of humor and playfulness for the sake of total obedience. I have no desire to be bratty, but she (that sneaky inner sub) will push until she trusts and sees the lines clearly. Even then, she will still dip her toes (or maybe her ass!)over the lines, just to make sure you are paying attention and truly intend to keep them secured there. Submitting is the one place in my world I feel truly free. The matching of a dominant and a submissive is such a beautiful thing, I hope I get to experience it again. *old*New and trying to understand my submissive nature. Highly intelligent, strong bullshit detector and skittish. I am working on finding my true self. I am not in a big hurry to talk to anyone right now, probably strange to admit on a site that requires talking, but I am always honest. I think I am looking for a dom I will find a deep connection with.
That is the best I can do for now.*old* |
