Need a submissive housemate nov 1st or sooner....

Sooner all depends on who replies and how well things go through the screening process. This is a mid/long term living situation, and there are many other 'details' that will be gone over in the course of this posting so bear with me.

First off, I am a Dom, and my wife has a Dominant personality as well, and she is just starting to be brought into this wonderful world slowly, and it is about time too since I have been bringing her in bit by bit for over 4 years now, we also have a 2 year old daughter, almost 2 and a half, and some of her care will be part of this arrangement but more on that later in the posting. There are a few things that will still require a bit of discretion too but that will be said near the end. However let me get to what we are looking for and what we are offering first.

What we are offering is a 11x9 room, with an additional storage/closet space that is 9 feet wide, 14 inches deep that is not part of the room's usable area measurements of 9x11,The room is semi-finished, and only needs a door installed on it to complete it.

Monthly rent is $400 a month ($250 base rent and $150 for 1/4^th of utilities), Food will be shared cost, meaning that you will need to buy your own food and just replace what common items you use, there is, as an option, to have food costs added into the rent, as I (the husband) do 90% of the cooking and that cost can be determined in private. Common Use Items such as: laundry soap, dish soap, and toiletries, would not be covered but cost for these items can be, again, added into rent if you choose and discussed in private. You would have use of laundry in house, and you would have access to a shared bathroom.

What We are LOOKING for is very specific.
Perfect candidate will be a heavy submissive (NO Switches) Female that is easy on the eyes, (21-30 preferred), Parking would need figured out but is available, has a stable job part time or full time (preference given to you if your job shift starts after 3pm) Single, be good with children and nudity ( more about that in a moment ) Must be a non drinker, and Zero drugs, including mary jane unless you want to kill my wife, Smokers are OK so long as they, like myself, smoke outside, HIGH preference given to those that enjoy comedy movies and dramas, but that is more for my wife since she likes to sit and watch movies when I have to head to bed at 7pm due to work, and also must be ok with pets, as we have a new kitten and a large fish tank, and also be willing to perform moderate housework and assist me when requested, and now onto the OTHER side of the coin, you would be mainly MY submissive, meaning that I would be using you for play as well from time to time (small list of my kinks/fetishes on my profile) , so you would not be just a live in housemate, you WOULD be my sub and this is where the need for discretion comes into play, as I said I am just bringing my wistyle and it will and has been a LONG road, She is STRAIGHT and due to past issues when she was much younger is very closed for kink and fetish and our our sex life is vanilla at best. So you can see where that is heading but that is something that we can talk about more in private. Now thing is I could look other places for a roommate like this, however, when I told my wife about THIS SITE and THIS GROUP she was actually Completely For It! In Fact SHE helped me to write out the rough draft of what was going to be posted here! So Yes she knows about this and has given the green light to continue, however just the 'play' part would have to be kept discrete.

Now my Wife and I have an agreement that if the sub/housemate provides daycare services for our daughter while I and Her are at work, the sub/housemate would receive a stipend of $2 an hour for said services. Services would include basic feeding and changing of her diapers, playtime and watching/interacting with her when using her DVD's (more on that in emails)

You would not be required to do ALL the housework yourself, I would be helping on my days off and when I get home from work, now onto my Wife... She has several health issues that she is dealing with at the moment, and though outside of the house, she may seem 'normal' in the house she is much more comfortable nude, and will often be that way, so yes, when not expecting company, this is a clothing optional household. There is also ONE medical item that she will need help with, and this will be spoken about in private, not here on the post.

She is NOT disabled, she just has issues with PTSD from an event that happened a couple years ago, again will explain more in private, but needless to say, no matter what she is my wife and I love her, and it has taken over 4 years to get her to the comfort point of having a live in submissive so she can experience at least PART of the lifestyle and further explore her more Dominant nature.

You WILL call me Sir, and Her Miss or Mam. This is NOT an option.

You will be cared for as any sub would and protected, and you would be a member of our Family. You would still have some measure of freedom inside the house, however if 'requested' to do something a prompt answer would be 'recommended'.
