I am interested in opinions about the following two scenarios, how are they different or the same to you, how would you react as either the dominant or submissive person involved? Assume both live geographically close to each other and distance is not an issue.
A.
Dominant and submissive chat online about vanilla likes, dislikes, hobbies, books, vacations, each enjoying the conversations which go on for hours. The submissive does not ask or beg the dominant to meet within a week or two of these pleasant conversations. After which the dominant feels that the submissive is trying to hold onto the dominant when the submissive says hello or asks about the person’s day. Was there an obligation to meet after a few conversations or have the submissive serve the dominant person?
B.
Dominant and submissive chat online about vanilla likes, dislikes, hobbies, books, vacations, each enjoying the conversations which go on for hours. Both have talked in the past about each others D/s interests. The submissive is very eager to meet and eventually serve the dominant, they agree on a date and time that work for both. On the day of the meeting the submissive backs out due to a work schedule and also later backs out of the follow up date planned for a week later, and the week after that, and fails to communicate in general.
