I can do casual and enjoy and learn from having experiences as much as the next person. But, I also think more and more fulfillment comes as you get to know, focus on and trust your partner - so dating with the hope for a long term relationship - is very desirable. I don't think you start "knowing" - you start with "feeling", "hope", "want" and you progress with intent - and then in time comes the knowing, the certainty and the fulfillment. But you must start.
