I went to a munch! (Nom nom nom!)
It was kinda scary at first. ot when I walked in (although that was pretty terrifying) but the expectations and worries I built up before hand.
I had wanted to go to something local for a while but I never seemed to find the right time/place/everything. Then the lovely Pam emssaged me last night nd asked if i wanted to meet her/go to this munch. The location was seconds from my house and it was after work. It couldn't have been any more convient.
let me tell you, the people there, they were jsut amazing. It was easy to talk to people and I dind't feel any strangeness or pressure. It was lovely!
So thank you all for making my first expierence a good one and I hope to see you all again.

I've taken to doing stage work. It's awesome. I got to work with concerts like bruce springstein, genesis, trans-siberian orchestra/roger daltry, hannah montana, it's been pretty awesome. I seem to do a lot of work with the video systems. I want to get into rigging.

So, I got a job. I have a decent 8:30-5er. It's boring as hell but it's work and it's not hard and it pays. It's nice to come home and be able to pay my bills.

I still don't have any sort of relationship, but that's fine by me. It's just too much effort to maintain something right now. I won yesterday. Today I came back to gloat and I found I was no longer afraid of holding all my weight on stubs sticking out of you less then an inch. I bouldered you a bit and danced around basking in the comfort I felt even though there were patches of missing skin on my hands. Fuck yeah, I won.

I'm on muscle relaxers becasue I've been having a muscle spasim in my back and it hurts to sit up for prolonged perioids of time. I have 2 midterm projects and several papers to write, as well as I'm still somewhat blown away from my NOLA trip and am having issues decompressing. I've read allthe messages you people have sent me, and well, i'm probably not going to respond. it's nothing personal, several people looked promising, but i jst don't have time right now to start up a conversation. I know photoshop. I'll admit that off the bat. If wanted to make myself look like some skinny goddess i could. I've actually done a project before where I took a topless photo of myself and using only that photo I've modified myself to have a model-like body.
I thought it was really weird looking.
Every image i put online goes through photoshop. I may touch up a stray blemish, sharpen, color and contrast correct, and often blur the background. I promis though, that i will not distort my face. I have nothing to gain from falsely depicting myself. Talking to soemone for hours online then on the phone building up to have a meeting only to find them running away screaming "AHHH QUASIMODO AHHH" is a waste of my time.
I've noticed a lot of people on this site while not having photoshop skills, still manage to find the graniest, most pixelated crap photo of themself possible to send.
Don't do that. please.

You people talk a lot. While i don't think that's bad, I am trying to answer every message and it gets tiring. The main thing i found myself saying is that people are too far away. I am not intrested in an online relationship, long distance, relocating, or being relocated for. I also have a 2 hour driving limit. I have an old crappy car and a budget. I'm a poor college student. I can't travel far, and I'd even perfer someone within an hour distance. Since my location will be changing to an hour south in about 2 months (I'm graduating with a bachlor of arts, YES) I'm making the 2 hour exception.
So please, Unless you have a question for me, a comment for me, or just some fun social chatter, keep looking if you're not in the Jersey/south new york area.
