well its been quite some time since i've logged in to collarme. I see not much has changed.. lol. anyway.. wishing you all an interesting day :)

if i dont know you or havnt had any kind of message exchange with you, i am not going to accept your circle/friend requests.

my latest observation concerning the people i know and interact with on a daily and in some cases not so daily basis... is that there seems to be two extremes when interacting with others 1). The person is extremely self absorbed and totally focussed on their own needs and all the wrongs the world and the people in it have done to them. some would call it narcism, but i think a better description is a severe inferiority complex. it doesn't matter what people say or what people do, it is never enough and can never cross the gorge because there simply aren't any bridges. 2). The person is so utterly and completely obsessed with pleasing others and seem to have a massive fear of impacting the lives of others in a negative way that they would sacrifice friendships simply because they think its better for the other person. Total "selflessness"...? i see both these attitudes to be unstable and inevitably detrimental for any meaningful social growth. both are self orientated and driven by personal fear and insecurity. They also seem to becoming more and more common. is it our lifestyle that drives these character types? is it a decision made at some crucial point of their lives that lets a person become this way? can the attitude be shifted? i don't know the answers, but the issues associated with them, are frustrating.
