What I AM looking for:

How to get there:


As a pretty down-to-earth and realistic person that I am considering myself to be - I am aware that the relationship I am willing to build with a future partner is not something that will come "overnight". A *connection / attraction* should be present from the beginning - but anything else has to be built up and worked on.
