Communication is the foundation of any relationship and even
more so in D/s. Weather it be a 24/7, Poly, LDR, Online, (A D/s relationship founded on a RP mindset isn't a real D/s relationship. If the Dom/me and/or submissive is simply looking for a "play pal" to pass some kinky time, they've missed the entire point all together.)
There is a physics theory i like, Bell's theorem, which shows that two 'entangled' electrons will continue to operate as one, simultaneously, even when separated by vast distances, the same as LDR D/s, apart but as one.
D/s has its ups and downs just like any other relationship
