I wanted to take some time and tell you about myself. This year has been a great year of transformation. It started in spring 2014 when I began to run again. Then in August I started tracking what I ate and decided to give up sugar. It was so difficult. I was grumpy and agitated. I had head aches and did not feel well for two weeks. Once I got over the sugar withdrawals I started to feel so amazing! I had great energy and my blood sugar level was staying steady so I was steady! I lost 30lbs by november :) Then this past February after the holidays (and way to much reintroduction of sugar) I added protein shakes to my diet and I have fallen in love with Herbalife! The flavors and ability to mix and match combinations are endless and amazing. They are the perfect way to start my on the go day (Please I work three jobs!) I have great energy, I am getting the proper balance of nutrients and they curb my need for that piece of cake or cookie with all their great flavors!I have since lost another 5 pounds and its making such a difference in my workouts! I am up to running 50 minutes 3-4 times a week and am so excited to see what the next 5 months have to offer in terms of training for my first half marathon this upcoming fall!.
