Be height and weight proportionate but that's a very broad category - you don't need to be a supermodel and I don't mind curves but I'm not into chubby and obese. Somewhat athletic is a plus. Not into plastic either. Just be a real woman.
More than any of that though, be literate, somewhat educated, and have a complete life. Being submissive does not mean you need be uninformed. A woman with wit and personality is attractive in general, and doubly so if she's a sub.
