Again, this entry is late in coming, but I just wanted to say that slave sapphire (Daddysgirl4u here on CM) has been given her release by me (actually, the release was in April). Updating a previous journal entry... one collar turned to gold, the other turned to rust. Slave Orchid turned out to be less compatible than originally thought, however very pleased with my other girl Slave Sapphire (Daddysgirl4U).

Hey there everybody... welcome to ao's dungeon. I don't really rant much but I have to just this once.

Last night I was looking around and I saw a female submissive who's profile looked interesting and I committed the mortal sin of placing her on my favorites list so that I could remember her name for later, or when I saw her online.

This morning there was the following message for me:

"Please remove me from your 'favorite users'. You are taking up a slot in my 'admirers' box, and there is under no circumstances any possible interest (your profile says it all). I use my admirers as a place to contact friends and people I am interested in. It is presumptuous of you to think you belong there. You are the 'dom' I am talking about in my profile when I give examples of idiots."

When I tried to respond I found that I had been blocked.

Several things made me want to respond to this message:

1. In life -whether fetish or vanilla - you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. Calling someone an idiot is not the way to introduce yourself.

2. I realize that any woman on this system will get about 20 emails for every one that a male gets... but isn't she saying that her use of space on the system is more important than mine? Quoting her: "I use my admirers as a place to contact friends and people I am interested in"... isn't that what I was doing?

3. I realize that the people reading a dom's ads are submissive types... but if you are gonna send a rude message, have the tits to stand up and have a 2 way discourse instead of just "send and block."
