I find the "scene" very hard to come to terms with. The idea that there is guiding principals to BDSM, which I see as one of the ultimate demonstrations of individualism, contradictory. The labels within this community of what is "scene" and what is "vanilla" annoy me.
My partner and I look at what there is we can do, try it and adapt it to our way of life or we leave it. I am not looking for labels, affirmation or criticism on here. I am looking for ideas and for friends.
