I seek a kink-aware roommate in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am a dominant male, but I will room with Dom or sub, male or female. Totally platonic or we could play together, either one. I have a playroom in a bedroom which is between my bedroom and yours. This is a house I own; I live downstairs and rent out the upstairs.
You will pay rent of 350 dollars a month, including all utilities, cable, internet, garage space, everything. If you cook and are willing to make dinners for both of us, the rent could be reduced.
If you are a couple and able to pay 750, we could have the whole house to ourselves. The 2-bedroom upstairs has its own kitchen and the only thing we would share is the full basement, which has a washer/dryer and could be turned into a dungeon.
