A Quick Note As To My Hours I am presently lacking in home internet, and am using library computers, and thus beholden to their schedules. Which means i will only be on for two hours a day, Monday through Saturday, anywhere from 10:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Thursday and Friday, and 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Saturday. I will work on filling out my profile when i can, will answer to all who talk to me when i can, and an open to working my schedule around others' if they want to chat.

Ok, get nice and comfy. Take a seat, if you haven't already.

Lean back and just let your breathing slow.

I want you to focus your attention on my words.

 

Trance time...

Let my words guide you into trance quickly or slowly.
The pace you read them is the pace you set for yourself to experience deep trance.


Let my words relax you until you can just barely keep reading.

My words relax all the muscles of your face and let your whole face become heavy, limp and relaxed.

My words consume your thoughts.

Your mind becomes so focused and relaxed you just don't want to move.

And when you feel your mind become that relaxed...


take that feeling and let it spread through your body

from the top of your head to the tips of your toes

every muscle relaxing just as completely.




And now once again focus your attention on my words even more.


This time I want you to let them relax you twice as much,

so relaxed you can barely hold your eyes open.

 
And when you have relaxed as much as you can,

take that level of relaxation and feel it build with each word,

from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

pulling your whole body down heavy, and every single fiber is relaxed.

One final time, bring your attention to my words.
Follow them into relaxing ten times as much.
The only movement you can make is to read further,
absorbing each word as your own thoughts.
 
All the muscles in your face are completely slack,

and when you reach the absolute end of relaxation,

 watch
feeling as it spreads through your body,

relaxing every cell from head to toes

Now for a while I want you
to follow this direction.

I want you to continue to relax.

Every time you feel yourself reach what you feel is a new level of depth...

count a number quietly to yourself starting with 1.
You may go deeper quickly or you may go slowly.
The pace is up to you and what feels best.
Each number you count this way should be twice as deep and relaxed as the number before it.

And as you relax and count, you will notice that your left arm is actuallly getting lighter and lighter.


Picture a large balloon that has been tied to your left wrist.
Large and red.
The balloon is growing... lifting higher and higher and higher.

As your body relaxes your arm becomes lighter.

Slowly at first, in tiny tugs, your arm begins to lift.


Continue counting...

 
The lighter it gets the faster it lifts,

and you may notice that, as you continue to relax,

your arm is moving on its own.

Even if you were to try to help move it, it doesn't work.


Your left arm is tied to that large balloon and just moves completely on it's own.

It is pretty interesting how you don't even have to try


to get your arm up in the air like that.
Just to keep the image of the balloon growing larger in your mind.

And continue to count yourself even deeper still.

The deeper you go the better you feel,

feeling really really nice already with your arm continuing to lift even higher.

Completely relaxed no matter where it floats.

I want you to notice that your left hand feels very interesting.


It seems to want to move toward your nose slowly,

and the balloon is shifting it very slowly toward your face.


Inside your hand is a powerful feeling of contentment,


that you know will wash through your body like a tidal wave when it touches your nose.

That sensation will make you feel so good,


you will go immediately 100 times deeper.

Your whole body will just be tingling with pleasure,

and you want to have that feeling so badly now as your hand gets closer...

and as soon as that feeling floods your body,


you hand drops from the balloon and lands heavy in your lap.

It feels so wonderful, to just experience that pure contentment,


that complete comfort, and that wonderful relaxation.

You can from this point forward reach this same level of pleasant relaxation very easily if you see the signal I am about to tell you.

It is a powerful signal to your subconscious mind that it should move forward and pull your conscious mind into the background.

So powerful that even if you are fully awake, you will immediately and automatically drop to this same level of trance or even deeper when you read it.

The signal is very simple but it only works if you write it or if I write it,


this has zero effect on you from any other source.


The signal is the words "Justin Time"

Each and every time you see that signal, from me or from yourself,


you will instantly and automatically drop down to this same level of pleasant trance even if you are completely awake.

Even better, if you are already in trance, seeing that signal again will take you 10 times deeper, at least.

I will use it now so you can feel that sudden surge of even greater pleasure and relaxation.
