To offer myself to someone as a sub is the penultimate in trust.  Why, then, do the few alleged Doms I speak with insist I come to their house and just surrender without so much as a meeting in public or phone conversation?  This sort of attitude is neither safe nor sane on their part.  What is wrong with just having a normal, regular, run of the mill coffee or dinner meeting so we can BOTH decide if we want to play.  I am just not going to go tearing off to some stranger's house, so they need to have the courtesy to understand that from the point of view of the sub and have a bit of courtesy.  I had to refuse a potential Dom today (for the second time in less than a year) because he refused to meet in public, share a photo, or talk on the phone.  I am not going to waste time on these sorts any more.  Their loss, I can assure you.

I see all these profiles from Doms a decent driving distance from me and they complain that no one is real, all the women are phoney and just looking for cash.  I write and point out I am very real, in the Life and self supporting and of course they never respond. I think most of the men on here (women too) are just playing to see if they get responses or pretending to themselves they are really going to "do this" when they never truly will.  So tired of this sort of non-interaction.  Sigh....I'll keep on looking though....refuse to stop trying!

This can be such a difficult and frustrating Journey for all of us, on each side of the fence.  I am giving this one last try and hoping that I finally find the Top Half I seek.
