I have a 4 bedroom house that is currently being worked on in order to be rented out in the near future.
Have thought that perhaps because distance seems to be an issue for some who contact me about relocating and serving, that maybe it is a viable option considering I have a lack of assistance when I need help with errands, hauling things, viewing properties to buy for the charity, etc. Luckily, I'm pretty strong, but I'm always pressed for time and can't keep doing everything myself, so I am thinking of renting the house out to subs I can trust.
Ideally, I want 3 of my subs to occupy each of the rooms and the master bedroom to be left empty for me, when I am there. That way, I always know where they are, and can see them when I want. It would relieve some stress to be able to have reliable subs around at my beck and call... don't you think? |

If you're in your 50s, have a gut the size of Nantucket and are calling to ask ME to relocate to your multimillion dollar estate you're obviously smoking crack.
