I am a homeschooling Mom. My son is 10 years old.
I am a work in progress. I am working a lot lately on issues of self/ego/selflessness.
What I like to do: I read a lot, just about anything but pop/romance novels. Martins' Fire and Ice series, Noam Chomsky, The Axemakers Gift by Burke and Ornstein, Neil Gaiman, Carl Jung, Female Perversions by Louise Kaplan, poetry of Rumi, Best American Short Stories, Ode magazine, The Sun magazine, Nt'l Geographic and more.
I love to cook. I am involved in a singing group. We sing anything from madrigals to contemporary African. I love homeschooling. I love to learn alongside my son. I am an insatiable student of life. I am also into meditation, voluntary simplicity, intentional community, and back to the land.
