I believe that true submission, is much deeper than a fetish. The willingness to set one's ego aside, and put another can be spiritually significant.
I'm not saying that this is always the case, but it can be the goal. Simply submitting to achieve the satisfaction of fulfilling a fantasy or a "craving" comes from a place of selfishness.
Even the dominate person, is making the choice to dominate out of devotion and love for their partner. Coming from this place that too is a gift of service.
Imagine if in every relationship, everyone put in, more than they took out?
Imagine if every action, came from a place of putting another first?
